DeCA is the app to generate the transport control document (the electronic consignment note) on your phone or computer: you fill in the trip in eight screens and get the PDF with its QR, ready to send to the driver.
How to create a DeCA in the app

- Like any other app on your phoneYou log in with your user and keep DeCA on your phone's home screen, without looking for it in any app store. On a computer it works the same way, in the browser.
- Shippers and number plates savedShippers, hauliers, number plates and goods are saved: next time you pick them instead of typing them.
- By WhatsApp to the driverOne tap opens WhatsApp with the number and the link ready. You can also send the PDF, just the QR or print it.
- Drafts the driver completesIf you don't know yet which truck will go, you prepare the DeCA and the driver scans the QR, adds the haulier and the number plate, and the PDF is generated on that same QR.
- Corrections without losing anythingIf the trailer or the destination changes on the way, a new version is generated with the reason for the change and the previous one is kept.
- Users for the office and the driversYou add whoever creates the DeCAs and they get their access through a link by WhatsApp. To carry the document, the driver doesn't need to register.
Do you already issue delivery notes with software?
Then there's no need to type the trip into the app. With Arigest, Agrocom, GAP, Gesthorm, Facturacom or Recodat the DeCA comes from your delivery note; with other software, you upload its PDF and we add the QR, or you connect it through the API. All three ways leave the document in the same repository, with the same web address and the same QR.
How much the DeCA app costs
The first month is free and with no card, with everything included: the platform, the mobile app and the API. After that, €25 a month + VAT per company, billed annually, with unlimited documents and users and no automatic renewal.

FAQ
How does the free DeCA month work?
You sign up on the website with your company's tax ID (NIF) and confirm your email: 30 days with everything included, the platform, the mobile app and the API, no card needed. If you don't subscribe, the account is paused with your data saved and nothing is charged.
Do I have to download the app from a store?
No need. DeCA opens in your phone's browser and you keep it on the home screen like any other app. On a computer it works the same way, in the browser.
Is my PDF delivery note sent by WhatsApp already valid?
Only if it's a digitally generated PDF with the QR code printed on it, and that QR code leads to an address where the PDF downloads directly. A photo or scan of the delivery note is not valid.
What if there's no signal at the check?
The driver doesn't need a connection: they carry the PDF downloaded or printed. The one who downloads it is the inspector, with their own device. If they can't do it at that moment, the Resolution requires the URL to remain available for at least seven days after the service.
What if the trailer or destination changes en route?
A new document is generated with the corrected data and the reason for the change, and it's sent to the driver. The previous one is kept. Handwritten notes on a printed copy are not valid.
Does it have to be uploaded to a Ministry platform?
No. There is no official app and nothing has to be registered. Each company keeps its documents in its own repository, and at checks they are downloaded from the URL in the QR code.
