No typing things twice. If you use Infonet software, the delivery note is published as a DeCA with its QR code. If you use other software, you upload its PDF or connect it via API.
You can create the DeCA from the DeCA web form, on a computer or phone, choosing the shipper, carrier, vehicle and goods from your saved lists. The PDF with its QR code is ready instantly.
All four routes end up in the same place: a repository with a unique web address per document, stored for at least one year, as the Resolution of 5 June 2026 requires.

No. The Resolution requires the PDF to be natively digital. A scan or photo of the delivery note is not valid as a DeCA.
DeCA costs €25 a month per company with unlimited documents and users. Call us and we'll tell you if your case needs anything else.
