If your truck mixers belong to third parties or self-employed hauliers, every delivery must leave with its electronic control document. You generate it at the plant and the driver carries it on their phone.
The Spanish ready-mixed concrete association, ANEFHOP, explained it in April 2026: in practice, the concrete delivery note serves as the control document, and from 5 October 2026 it must be electronic when the transport is public, that is, when it's done by third-party truck mixers or self-employed hauliers.
If the truck mixers are yours and carry your concrete, it's private (own-account) transport and you don't need a DeCA. Many plants do both: their own lorries plus self-employed hauliers at peak times. The obligation applies per consignment, not per company.

Tell us how many truck mixers you load a day and what software you use for delivery notes. In a call we'll tell you how it would be set up and you can try it with your own deliveries.

Or call us: +34 959 54 07 12No. With your own vehicles and your own concrete it's private (own-account) transport and doesn't need a DeCA, although it's advisable to carry documents proving that the vehicle and the goods belong to the company. Deliveries made by third-party or self-employed truck mixers do need it.
The Order asks for the nature and weight of the goods, and allows another measure when the weight is hard to determine. For concrete it's usual to state the type and the volume supplied.
One document per consignment. The Resolution allows several consignments to be grouped in a single DeCA when the contracting shipper and the actual carrier are the same, identifying the origin, destination and goods of each consignment.
A new document is generated with the corrected data and the reason for the change, and the previous one is kept. Handwritten corrections on a printed copy are not valid.
No. DeCA integrates with Gesthorm and with the rest of Infonet's software: the delivery note you already produce is the one published as a DeCA.
